I knew this drivers in general would be a hurdle when i chose to install x64, so I'm partly to blame. I'll just wait patiently for Pinnacle to post the new drivers in March. I too tried to download the previous Pinnacle drivers from their website - but there was a clear warning not to use the file you referenced, but to use a separate file PCLEUSB2. When I attempted to install it there was no "certification" warning Is your Vista machine running the Dazzle capture correctly with the Driver file you noted above?
I couldn't get the Dazzle to run correctly under Vista. When I did a clean install,same thing. It's one of the main reasons I went back to my XP installation. I'm having the same problem, I don't have any Roxio products, but I bought Dazzle DVD Recorder which comes with the DVC90 device, and it doesn't want to install at all, all because of me having Vista, I just hope Dazzle at least releases this stuff soon.
Thanks again for the feedback. They sure are taking their time for this to work. I was able to make the driver work for the video, but it doesn't work with the audio so that's a huge problem I'm having right now. Wrong boards. Contact Pinnacle. Well, I finally gave up for now on Windows Vista 64 bit. Since I had to reinstall, I downgraded to Vista 32 bit, which has been a little less of a challenge.
